Refund and Returns Policy
For urgently needed products, please contact us first to confirm stock status prior to placing an order. Online inventory numbers may not reflect actual availability status.
Unfulfilled orders cancelled by the customer for any reason will be refunded for the full amount less a 3.5% PayPal processing fee.
Please be aware that charges will be made to the customer's PayPal Account or Credit Card upon submission of the order, not upon shipment of products.
For completed orders, any exchanges or returns, along with their associated refunds and restocking charges, will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
All orders eligible for free shipping will be sent best way/standard priority. Items requiring LTL Freight delivery are covered for commercial business addresses and assume the reciever has a forklift or equivalent to unload. Fees associated with delivery to residential addresses or the requirement of liftgate services are not covered and will be the responsibility of the customer.
